Our workouts are designed with you in mind. They will bring you close to, but not push you over your limits. Expect dynamic classes planned out that challenge you, yet are exhilaratingly fun. We pride ourselves on high-quality and effective coaching to help you achieve your goals. Everything we plan and do is with intention—from the cues we utilise, to the encouragement we give. CROSSFIT FOUNDATIONS
A series of classes with limited attendance designed to ensure that you learn to move with confidence so that you can continue on your fitness journey.
Learn the Language
WOD? AMRAP? RFT? Not sure what these mean? We'll introduce you to the language of CrossFit, the movements of CrossFit and the community of CrossFit.
Practice the Language. Practice the Movements.
Now you understand the language let's practice. We start with basic movements and progress to more complex. In each Foundations class we practice what we have learned.
Embrace the Community
It doesn't end with Foundations, it's only getting started. Now that you're through you will be moving effectively and able to scale your intensity to your level.
Our coaches are not just cheerleaders. They are trained to always guide and help you improve.
CORE CrossFit
Our premier fitness program, Core is a holistic strength & conditioning class based on the principles of CrossFit.
We utilize functional movements from three modalities - weightlifting, gymnastics and monostructural aerobic / anaerobic conditioning to build a broad base of general, inclusive fitness.
Expect a full complement of equipment, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, airbikes, pull-up bars, dead-balls etc, with workouts being constantly varied each day.
Each class comprises of a strength/ skill component, followed by a high intensity workout.
Workouts are universally scalable, meaning that they are adjustable for individual needs, suitable for people with no prior experience too.


MOUNTAIN VIEW MOM's CLUB
Mom's Club is a supportive fitness program designed specifically for moms at every stage of postpartum and beyond. Led by Coach Nat, a mom of three and pre/postnatal certified coach, classes are carefully programmed to help you regain strength, build confidence, and maintain long-term health in a safe and encouraging environment.
Classes run Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00am and 10:50am, with structured workouts rotating between upper body, lower body, and full body training. Mom's Club combines expert coaching with a welcoming community, making it easy to prioritize your health while keeping your little one close.

Our goal in the teen program is developing/maintaining that love of fitness and exercise by focusing on fine tuning their movement skills they have learned.
This program helps to teach the teens how to be powerful, explosive, coordinated and strong, allowing them to improve in whatever athletic sport they choose to participate in.
It can be used to develop their skills and strength and/or as an added outlet for training outside their regular sporting schedule.

CROSSFIT KIDS
CrossFit Kids is focused on building a love for exercise, movement, and healthy living. Children learn body awareness and coordination through squats, opposite arm and leg coordination, skipping, jumping and grip strength development in the first part of the program.
It progresses to include rolling, spinning (vestibular focus) balance and planking (midline stability) and is followed by incorporating fundamental and foundational movements that will be built upon later in life. A balance of all aspects is developed throughout the program.
Our workouts are safe, fun and age appropriate.
Most importantly, we are building a foundation that teaches kids that exercise and fitness can be fun.

MVCF YOGA
We are excited to offer our members the chance to enhance both your performance and recovery through weekly yoga.
Yoga can help improve your flexibility and mobility, reduce your risk of injury, improve form and encourage blood flow to accelerate muscle recovery. We all know we need to work on our flexibility and mobility to improve upon it and this is just the chance to ensure you get it in! Coach Angela is super excited to bring her expertise, positivity and eternal optimism to Mountain View CrossFit, and we are equally excited to have her! Namaste.
CROSSFIT MASTERS
CrossFit Masters is about developing wellness, improving posture, increasing energy levels and heart health, maintaining strength, bone and muscle mass.
In workouts, we focus on functional movements which are natural, safe, essential to your daily activities.
You can expect to work with your bodyweight, resistance bands and then progressing to weights.
CrossFit Masters is accessible no matter your experience or fitness level. Our coaches will take into account any preexisting conditions and modify workouts in a way that is safe and manageable for you.
